A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to repay loans borrowed from loan companies, mountain and money, etc., the Defendant had been able to steal the assets of the victims who had been kept in custody by intrusion into the room of female employees of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, where the Defendant had been working, No. 84-h. 13.
