A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2069"

1. On March 22, 2017, at night, the Defendant: (a) went into a company D, a member of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, a member of Changwon-si, and intrudes into a room for the escape of female 2nd floor; (b) carried 300,000 won in cash, which is owned by E, the victim inside the wall.

The Defendant, from April 5, 2017 to April 5, 2017, had a total of KRW 500,000, which had been invaded on a structure two times at night, as shown in (1) and (2) No. 1 and 2.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.

2. Intrusion into a stolen building;

A. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure by entering the company G located in F of the window of Changwon-si around 09:20, which was located in F of the Changwon-si, and went into the static door to the female escape room.

In addition, from April 20, 2017 to June 3, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure on a total of six occasions, such as the list of crimes (2) in attached Form 2, from around April 20, 2017 to June 3, 2017.

B. On April 13, 2017, the Defendant held KRW 100,000 in cash owned by the victim H, 90,000 in cash owned by the victim I, KRW 7,00 in cash owned by the victim J, KRW 7,00 in cash owned by the victim J, and KRW 30,00 in cash owned by the victim K, KRW 227,00 in total.

In addition, from April 20, 2017 to June 3, 2017, the Defendant had goods equivalent to KRW 2,35,000 in total six times, such as (i) Nos. 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of the List of Crimes (i) Nos. 3, 335,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.

3. A thief: (a) around 15:20 on May 1, 201, the Defendant came to be a five-story female toilet with the home flusium 56 in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul Metropolitan City, which was located in 56 (Fukdong), and the victim L was 39,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in front of the toilet, and KRW 240,000 in market value.
