A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, through making soup, intruded up the long time room that the correction device of clothes is easily unfryed, and suping up the soup room up to the soup room, followed by inserting the correction device in the key hole of the clothes and then opening the door to theft of cash in that room.

1. From that time until December 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invadedd a structure at night by the same method, and stolen the total of KRW 10,200,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victims, at night, from that time until December 19, 2019.

2. On September 21, 2019, around 14:40 on September 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) up to the G managed by the Victim F, the Donnam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, and then, (b) up to 18:30 on September 21, 201, the Victim H, the said soup customer, went out 70,000 won in cash owned by the Victim H, the victim H, by opening the door in the same manner as the other paragraph (1), from around 18:30 on the same day.

From that time until March 12, 2020, the Defendant intruded into a structure managed by the victims in the same manner four times as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List, and stolen the total amount of KRW 2,635,000, which is owned by the victims.
