A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle at a high price in E.

On December 28, 2016, at around 00:45, the Defendant came to turn to the right from the direction of the East-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government along three lanes.
