Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay this fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who carries on the business of manufacturing synthetic resin with the trade name “C” in Kimpo-si B.

1. Any person who intends to install emission facilities violating the Air Conservation Act shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor or file a report thereon with the Mayor/Do Governor;

From August 2012 to June 10, 2015, the Defendant, while engaging in the business of manufacturing synthetic resin at the above location, installed one waste-generating facility, which is a power-driven air discharge facility of 50 miles, a mixture facility of 1, a power-driven 100 miles, and one waste-generating facility, a power-driven 1, and one waste-generating facility, a power-driven 126 miles air discharge facility, and operated the business of manufacturing synthetic resin at the above location without reporting to the Mayor/Do Governor, who is the administrative agency related to the business of manufacturing synthetic resin.

2. Any person who intends to install discharge facilities in violation of the Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Conservation Act shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment or report thereon;

From August 2012 to June 10, 2012, the Defendant engaged in the business of manufacturing synthetic resin at the above location, and operated the business using the discharge facilities without filing a report with the Minister of Environment, which is the competent administrative agency, for the purpose of cooling the products manufactured by the Defendant from August 2012 to June 10, 2012, by installing one and one and one and three meters of the cooling facilities, which are wastewater discharge facilities of 0.46 meters in width, 3.913 meters in length, 0.22 meters in height, 0.52 meters in width, 3.873 meters in length, 0.25 meters in height, 0.25 meters in height, and one and three meters in volume, which are wastewater discharge facilities of 0.486m3 in volume.
