Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a mutual waste treatment business under B.

1. Although a person who intends to engage in the business of collecting, transporting, recycling, or disposing of wastes in violation of the Wastes Control Act obtains permission from the relevant authorities and operates the waste treatment business as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment, the Defendant, from August 22, 201 to November 30, 201, operated the waste treatment business, such as collecting waste wires without a license for waste treatment business, crushing, crushing facilities, and separating waste plastics and glass by using waste sorting facilities.

2. A person who intends to install and operate a wastewater discharge facility in violation of the Water Quality and Ecosystem Conservation Act shall file a report with the Minister of Environment, as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, but the Defendant, from around August 22, 201 to December 13, 2012, operated the wastewater discharge facility without filing a report on the installation of the wastewater discharge facility, such as screening waste plastics and glass, using a water line facility located in the 0.23 cubic meters of the total volume of the wastewater discharge facility from around August 22, 201 to around December 13, 201.

3. A person who intends to install air emission facilities in violation of the Clean Air Conservation Act shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment or report to the Minister of Environment, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, but the Defendant operated emission facilities without reporting the installation of the 40HP (ma) emission facilities from around August 22, 201 to December 13, 2012.
