A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

6,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment and a fine of two million won at the Changwon District Court for embezzlement, etc., and completed the execution of the above imprisonment at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on April 6, 2011, and even if the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics:

4. On January 2013, from around 01:00 on the first day to 02:00 on the same day, she smoked in the manner of melting the said smoke by putting the 1g of the hemp in the packaging car, together with D, E, and F, in a gambling place.
