A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence was a victim B (the age of 34) and a legal person related to the married couple, and was determined by the Incheon Family Court to issue a victim protective order (the period: from March 24, 2016 to September 22, 2016).

B. Although the Defendant implements a victim protection order, such as “not to transmit a code, text, sound, or image by wire, wireless, light, or other electronic method to the victim’s residence or place of work within 100 meters and to the victim’s Handphone or e-mail address,” the Defendant is not required to comply with the victim protection order on April 18, 2016.

The victim did not comply with the victim protection order because he/she found his/her residence in the victim described in the paragraph.

2.
