A 마음 다치게 한 죄, 니 몸으로 다 받을거야”, “경찰서에 자꾸 전화하지 말고, 넌 내가 죽일꺼니까, 너 아가리부터 찢어 죽일 거야”, “재밌지 내가 못 할 것 같지 재밌을거야”, “너 아가리 찢길 때, 그때 내 눈보고 슬픈 눈 하지 말고, 악다구니 써주렴, 마지막 부탁이다^^*”, “너 덕에 악마의 힘도 느껴보고 세상 살만하다야”라는 내용의 6개의 카카오톡 메시지와 피고인의 얼굴 사진 1장을 피해자에게 전송하여 임시보호명령을 위반한 채 전기통신을 이용하여 피해자에게 접근하였다.
