A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall borrow or lend a means of access in receiving, demanding or promising any compensation;

Nevertheless, on March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) through Sknman B, lent 1 copy of the physical card connected to the Defendant’s name-based bank account (hereinafter “J” in the indictment) to the name-based party, by informing the Defendant of the password and the password through the Meger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Melger’s Me.

2. No person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such services for communications;

Nevertheless, on March 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from an unsatisfyer’s name to “B sent a mobile phone machine via four names; (b) provided a false mobile phone number to an unsatisfyer using Kwikset’s service in the name of the Defendant, via a F agency located near Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (c) around March 7, 2019, at around 14:00, the Defendant opened one mobile phone number under the name of the Defendant and sent it to the unsatisfyer using Kwikset’s service in the manner described in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant is a telecommunications business operator.
