If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2013, at around 04:10, the Defendant driven BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.182% of alcohol concentration at a section of approximately 1-2 km from the front of a restaurant located in the name of the Nam-gu Daegu-dong, Daegu-gu, to the front of the two-lane library of the same month and the front of the same city library.
