When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol around 02:20%, the Defendant driven the Category B Mt Motor Vehicle at around 0.157%, and went to the distance of about 2 km from the Do in front of the fireworks No. 1 in Daejeon Pungdong, to the four-distance front of the nuclear research institute located in the same dratic vibration.
