A defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 15 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, under the influence of alcohol, has weak the ability to discern things or make decisions.

1. On May 3, 2016, at around 01:00, the injured Defendant: (a) arrived in front of the E located in Busan Dokdong-gu; and (b) went from the taxi to the si; (c) took the horses from the victim that “Ara shall pay a taxi fee; and (d) took a bath to the si; (b) took a look at the victim’s right eye on one occasion; and (c) took a part of the victim’s neck with the lush floor at two times.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, put the victim “gympium and gympium,” which requires treatment for about 14 days.

2. Damage to public goods;

A. On May 3, 2016, at around 01:25, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender committing an injury to the Defendant C at the Busan Coast Guard Station Office located in Busan B, the Busan Coast Guard Station: (a) and the mother of the Defendant who arrived at the above office after receiving the contact with the police officer in a manner that the Defendant talks with the police officer, and (b) sees that the Defendant’s mother, who was in contact with the police officer, talks with the police officer, and walked with a cover of the power source breaker installed on the above office wall, thereby having the Defendant cut down.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the automatic security system circuit, which is an object used by public offices as above.

B. At around 03:00 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a demand from the police officers belonging to the said G police box to embark on the patrol boat; (b) rejected the demand; and (c) carried out the said G police box while leaving the police box, the Defendant broken down the door door of the information bulletin board installed adjacent to the said G police box.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the glass door of the information bulletin board, which is a product used by public offices as above.
