1. On May 3, 2013, around 00:12, the Defendant damaged things used by public offices, on the ground that the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender due to the acts described in paragraphs (1) and (2) in the J patrol car near the place indicated in paragraph (1) and was on board the back seat of the said vehicle and was on board the front seat of the said vehicle.
