A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on January 28, 2005, entered the ruling to transfer juvenile protection cases by larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office on January 28, 2005, and on June 13, 2011, the written indictment was written on August 13, 201 based on the criminal records, which appears to be written in writing on the same date.

The execution of the sentence was completed on August 17, 2013 at the Incheon Detention District Court. On July 4, 2012, the same court was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for larceny, etc.

1. On May 2, 2014, at around 03:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim C’s market price is likely to open the rear window on the right side of the DFD car in the amounting to KRW 9 million, while checking whether the vehicle was stolen in front of the 314-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon, Yan-ro 314, 24 (Dolcheon-dong, Dolsan apartment), and the vehicle’s door was opened in front of the 24-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, and led to driving by opening a door to remove the locking device and finding the auxiliary heat.

On May 9, 2014, at around 04:30, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat not corrected in GMW car owned by the victim F, which was parked in the front of Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and opened a door, and opened the door of 1,00,000 won per the market price of the victim’s possession, which is the victim’s own, and turned out the door of 50,000 won per the market price of which is the 60,000 won.

3. The Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on May 19, 2014, confirmed that the vehicle was stolen on the road following the station located in the territory of the Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, by 95-19; and (b) whether the doors of the roadside vehicles are opened.
