A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for larceny at the Incheon District Court. On June 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and four months for habitual larceny at the Seoul District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 10, 2015, and the said suspended sentence becomes null and void, and on February 3, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoyang Branch Branch Branch Branch of the Jung-gu District Court and the Defendant completed the enforcement of said sentence on June 14, 2017.
1. Crimes committed on November 3, 2017;
A. On November 3, 2017, at around 13:50 on November 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered one unmanned flying object (i.e., name dJISk) equivalent to KRW 870,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession located in the display stand; (b) discovered one unmanned flying object (i.e., name dJISk) with a view to theft; and (c) removed a theft prevention device attached to the packaging of the above unmanned flying object, which is an employee of the Defendant, by taking advantage of the gap in surveillance of E, and then was stolen.
B. On November 3, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant continued to enter a store for the instant 7th floor, and in such a manner as above, removed a theft prevention device attached to one package of unmanned flight object (name DJI SPk) at the market price of the victim’s ownership, and stored it in a bank possessed by the Defendant, and stolen it.
2. On November 6, 2017, the Defendant discovered one unmanned flying object (name DJI spon 1 pressing), the market price of which is equivalent to 2,600,000 won in the display stand, and one unmanned flying object (name DJI spon 1 pressing), the market price of which is equivalent to 870,000 won, with a view to drinking a stolen mind, and removed a theft prevention device attached to the packaging of each of the above unmanned flying objects by taking advantage of the gaps in the surveillance of H, who is an employee, from around 19:40 to around 19:40 to around 200.
