A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 사기 피고인은 2019. 7. 4. 00:19경 부천시 B 부근에 있는 피해자 C이 운영하는 포장마차에서 사실은 음식 값을 지불할 의사나 능력이 없었음에도 마치 이를 지불할 것처럼 행세하며 피해자에게 음식를 주문하여 이에 속은 피해자로부터 즉석에서 떡볶이 등 시가 합계 7,000원 상당의 음식을 제공받았다.

In a case where the victim E, a police officer, who was dispatched to the scene after having received a report in the vicinity D around 00:32 on the same day, from the date and time as indicated in paragraph (1), and where the victim E, who was a police officer, was arrested at the scene, the Defendant abused the victims publicly by stating, “afterward, this son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son,” the victim F, a police officer called as “per son, son, son, son.”

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 제2항 기재 일시, 장소에서 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 경찰관들로부터 욕설을 자제하고 신분 확인에 응할 것을 요구받았음에도 계속 욕설을 하다가 이를 제지하는 부천원미경찰서 G지구대 소속 경위 E에게 “씨발, 진짜.”라고 말하며 팔을 들어 때릴 것처럼 시늉하여 E을 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
