Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active service on October 5, 2012, received a notice from the Defendant’s house located in Busan-gu Busan-do, to enlist in the Geumsan Army Training Center on November 19, 2012 from the Defendant’s house located in the Busan-gu, Busan-si, the Defendant failed to enlist without justifiable grounds for three days from the date of enlistment.
