A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, the Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, failed to enlist in the Army Training Center in the name of the head of the Incheon Gyeonggi-gu regional military manpower office, on November 24, 2014 from the office of the Defendant, Sung-si B apartment B apartment 201, Dong 1901 to November 24, 2014, without justifiable grounds, at the time of delivery from the Defendant’s mother C of the notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the head of the Incheon regional military manpower office.
