A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to enlistment in active duty as a religious organization.

On November 5, 2012, the Defendant was issued a notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-do regional military manpower office to enlistment in the Army Training Center located in the Geumdong-gu, Ansan-gu, 305, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and on December 10, 2012, and did not enlistment within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
