Reasons
Basic Facts
The reasons for this Court's explanation concerning this part are as follows: "SP," in Part 4 of the judgment of the court of first instance, is added to "SP," in Part 12, "A," in Part 3, "A," in Part 18, "Defendant A," in Part 3, "B, C, D, and E," in Part 19, "Defendant C, D, and E," in Part 4, in Part 17, "A," in Part 4, in Part 18, "A," in Part 13, in Part 13, in the part of the Civil Procedure Act, "A, B, D, and the defendant" in Part 17, in Part 4, "A," in Part 17, in Part 4, "A," in part 13, 5, in the part of the judgment of the court of first instance," "A, C, D, and the defendant" in Part 13, 13, 13, and 14," in part 5, respectively.
D. The Defendant repaid to the Plaintiff KRW 20,000,000 on April 22, 2013, and KRW 1,000,000 on May 2, 2013, and the Plaintiff appropriated the claim for reimbursement against the Defendant to repay the principal of the claim for reimbursement. According to the facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant is jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 79,00,000 for reimbursement as agreed interest rate from March 7, 2013 to April 5, 2013, and the annual interest rate of KRW 6% for the agreed interest rate from March 7, 2013 to April 5, 2013; the next day to June 9, 2013, which is the date of the final delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case; and the next day to the day to the day of full payment at each rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
