On August 27, 2014, at around 03:02, the Defendant driven Benz automobiles with approximately 500 meters alcohol level 0.176% under the influence of alcohol level 0.176% from the 500m section to the front road of the dry apartment located in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-si, 151.
