Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven CMW car with approximately 80 meters alcohol concentration 0.097% under the influence of alcohol from the 80-2nd road in the Guri-si Gri-si Gri-si Triri-si to the 317-2nd road in Guri-si.
