A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Seized evidence subparagraph 3 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief: (a) around 15:20 on September 12, 2014, the Defendant: (b) cut off a thief with one digital cover (700,000 won at the market price) located in the victim D’s loading of the E-cargo owned by the victim D at the 102 parking lot.
2. At night, the Defendant attempted to larceny another’s property by intrusioning a structure at night on three occasions, but did not bring about such intent, and the Defendant did not commit each attempted crime.
On September 13, 2014, between 05:30 on 05:0 and 06:00, the Defendant got into the H cafeteria operated by the injured party G in Suwon-si F, and opened the entrance in order to steal the property by intrusion into the said cafeteria, but the door was locked and the body of the Defendant escaped.
B. On September 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 05:15, at the Kart administered by the Victim J in the Young-gu I apartment commercial building in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant opened a rear door and attempted to steals money in the cash receipts and disbursements, but did not open the cash receipts and disbursements, and went out of the Maart.
C. On September 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 05:30 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant tried to open and intrude the lower entrance of the said burial in order to steal property, but the security device operated to flee.
3. On September 15, 2014, around 04:30 on September 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a cafeteria operated by the victim’sO located in Suwon-si F, Suwon-si; and (b) was invaded into a restaurant beyond its windows by opening the shield network installed in the inner window behind the said restaurant, by using the keys inside the said restaurant, removing the window of the windows and breaking the glass, and destroying the glass.
Then, the Defendant: (a) 42-person walled in the above restaurant was removed from the wall 1 set of TV (1,500,000 won at the market price) and then came out through the intrusiond window, and then loaded the said TV on the knife (50,000 won at the market price) following the restaurant.
