Defendant
A is a person with no certain occupation, Defendant B is a person who is in the position of Korea Electric Power Corporation, Defendant C is a representative of “E” registered as a partnership head in the Marin society of Korea on December 13, 2012.
1. Although Defendant A was not allowed to participate in a racing by registering his own horse in the name of another horse, without registering the horse in his own name of another horse, Defendant A registered as “E” on January 27, 2013, which was the horse he owned by Defendant A, which was the horse in his own possession, and the horse in his own name was withdrawn from the time of the opening of the racing held in the Korean Marina and the Maa Park Park in Korea, from the time of April 13, 2013, by registering the horse in his own name as “E”, which was the horse in his own name.
