A Imprisonment for eight months, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who works in E and produces racing horse, Defendant B is a person registered as a marina in the Jeju Regional Headquarters of the Mar Society in Korea around October 7, 1990, and Defendant C is a person who works outside the H located in G in Jeju as an external assistant teacher.
1. He/she shall not arrange to participate in racing by registering his/her horse under the name of marina in his/her own name without filing for the registration of the head of marina;
The Defendant: (a) discovered at the house of Maju (Seoul), which is the early 2012, paid KRW 4 million a year; (b) registered the horses owned by the Defendant under the name of Maju (hereinafter “Defendant”); and (c) asked the Defendant to participate in the racing on condition that the Defendant pays taxes on the prize money on behalf of the Defendant; and (d) accepted the foregoing B; (b) registered the Defendant’s Maju-I under the name of Maju-I without registering the horse around September 26, 2012; and (c) registered the Defendant’s Maju-I under the name of Maju-I in the name of 2144 of the Jeju-si Peace-si, B, Jeju-si, around December 8, 2012; and (d) registered the Maju-I in the name of Maju-I-U, which was executed in the name of 271 times as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from around January 8, 2016.
2. The racing shall not be conducted by registering the horses which are not owned by the defendant B in his/her name;
The defendant registered A-owned racing 28 miles in the name of the defendant in the name of the defendant and participated in a racing conducted in a marina society over 271 times, such as the date and place mentioned in paragraph 1, and described in paragraph 1.
3. The Defendant: (a) upon receipt of a request from A, a branch of the land around June 2012, to provide KRW 100,000,000 per month on the face of the week in order to have the horse registered in the name of the owner of the horse and participate in racing; and (b) accepted the request; and (c) from September of the same year to January 2016, Defendant C’s basic training and horse race track for A-owned racing horses registered in the name of B.
