Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, as to the Defendants for one year from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a subcontractor company member who supplies agents to C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) and Defendant B is an employee of C’s cleaning service business chain. The Defendants were willing to steal the remainder after having access to the F Changwon factory of the victim C in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and processed within the above factory and then cut off the string metal.
1. Special larceny;
A. At around 10:16, August 17, 2012, Defendant A: (a) collected string rolls with Defendant B, who was carrying a G truck owned by the victim, and was cleaning at the above factory; (b) collected strings, together with Defendant B, who had prepared a string, which is approximately KRW 140,000 in the market price of the victim’s ownership, and loaded the said truck in a string bag and loaded the said truck in a string.
B. The Defendants are identical to the same year.
9. At around 10:33, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the victim’s market value equivalent to 140,000,000, was prepared in advance and loaded 60 km in a mastru, and the truck was stolen.
C. On October 18, 10:03 of the same year, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendants prepared 140,000 g of the market value of the victim’s possession in advance, and loaded 60 km of the 140,000 g of the market value of the victim’s possession, and stolen the said truck by carrying it together.
On November 16, 10:12 of the same year, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendants prepared 140,000 g of the market value of the victim’s possession in advance, and loaded the 60 km of the 140,000 g of the lux and stolen the said lux in a luxus.
E. On December 20, 209:58 of the same year, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, the Defendants prepared 140,000 g of the market value of the victim’s possession in advance, and loaded 60 km of the 140,000 g of the lux and stolen the lux to load the lux in a luxos.
2. On January 4, 2013, the Defendants were to receive special larceny from around 12:50.
