Criminal facts
Defendants are mutually-friendly between themselves.
On February 2, 2014, the Defendants conspired to steal another’s property by using the E-cargo owned by Defendant A’s Cho division D.
1. At around 23:00 on February 13, 2014, the Defendants jointly loaded and stolen the oil pumps at the construction site of a detached house in the F in the G in terms of the eternic City and the amount equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 at the market price of 10,000 on board to be used by the victim G.
2. At around 03:00 on February 14, 2014, the Defendants jointly loaded and stolen an amount equivalent to KRW 1,400,000 at the 70 market value of the oil pumps loaded to be used by the victim G at the construction site of a detached house in the above F.
3. At around 22:00 on March 17, 2014, the Defendants, together, committed a theft of the oil pumps equivalent to KRW 4,100,00 in the market value of the 200 load loaded to be used by the victim J at the work site of I located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group H, Chungcheongnam-gun.
4. At around 23:45 on March 20, 2014, the Defendants jointly loaded and stolen the 70th market value of the oil pumps, which were loaded to be used by the victim M in the agricultural water site adjacent to the Cheongyang-gun K, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-gun, in order to use the victim M in the agricultural water site.
5. At around 22:00 on March 22, 2014, the Defendants, together, committed a theft of the cargo loaded at the construction site at the port near the Jinjin-si, and at the construction site at the port of the wharf of the port near the N, the amount equivalent to KRW 2,520,000 at the market price of 180, which is loaded to be used by the victim O.
6. At around 22:00 on March 26, 2014, the Defendants jointly loaded and stolen the erop 200, market price of KRW 4,000,000, which was loaded in order for the victim Q to use in the victim Q from the near sewage intrusion project site at the time of Jinjin-si.
Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 15,630,000 from February 13, 2014 to March 26, 2014 at a total of six times.
