Accordingly, around May 25, 2012, Defendant B received 9 cash cards from Defendant B’s house located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu through K Kwikkkset service articles, such as one corporate bank cash card in the name of K, one cash card in the name of L, and one cash card in the name of L, and Defendant C sent 9 of the said cash card to Defendant C. Defendant C at the subway station in Guro-gu, Seoul at around 20:0 of the same day, Defendant C sent 9 of the said cash card to Defendant A. The Defendant followed Defendant A, at the location of the subway Station located in Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul. At around 20:0 of the same day, Defendant A sent 9 of the said cash card to the unclaimed winners (Nam, 30,000,000,000,0000) who are cash withdrawal books in the vicinity of the new calendar station located in Seongbuk-dong, Sungnam-gu, Seoul.
