Defendant
I shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. They shall not borrow or lend a means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute a means of access, knowing that they are to be used for a crime in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act by Defendant I or J or to be used for such crime;
The Defendants were responsible for withdrawing cash after receiving cash cards from the delivery book of cash cards, under the direction of the “Singing,” from the police officer of June 2015, as the so-called “Singing” withdrawal of the fraud group.
Defendant
At around 13:50 on July 7, 2015, I instructed the location and method of receiving cash cards, the means of access, from the total liability, for the purpose of using the “Singing” fraud, and informed Defendant J of the location where the cash cards are to be delivered, and reported to Defendant J of the network in the surrounding areas. Defendant J: (a) one new bank account card (O) in the name of N where Kwikset services are delivered; (b) one bank account card (R); (c) one bank account card in the name of P; (d) one bank account card in the name of P; and (e) one bank account card (T); and (e) five cash cards in the name of U National Bank (V) one cash card (V) and five cash cards in the name of U National Bank (V).
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to keep the means of access for the purpose of using the crime.
2. They shall not borrow or lend the means of access, or keep, deliver or distribute the means of access, knowing that they are to be used for or for any crime violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act by Defendant B or K;
The Defendants were in charge of withdrawing cash after receiving cash cards from the delivery book of the cash card, as the cash withdrawal book, as the cash withdrawal book, at the front of the 129-ro three calendars in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-ro, Seoul around July 6, 2015, around 18:30.
