A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although Defendant and C are not responsible for handling narcotics, etc., Defendant and C did not deal with clophophones (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”), they dealt with philophones as follows.

1. On January 2016, the Defendant and C: (a) around the Dong-gu Daejeon building; (b) around the Defendant’s dwelling place of Dong-gu Daejeon Dong-gu; (c) opened two drinking-water rapidly on water disease in a rophone inhaled machine made by sticking two drinking-phones; and (d) opened the bottom of the rophones by heating the rophones into a rophone so as to inhale them as soon as any smoke generated by burning the rophones.

2. On March 2016, at G offices located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, the Defendant and C: (a) put two drinking-water rapidly on a water disease into a rophone inhaler made by sticking two drinking-phones; (b) put the bottom of the rophone into a rophone inhaler; and (c) put the rophone into a rophone so as to inhale the rophone as soon as the rophone breaks out as possible; and (d) put the rophone into a rophone.

3. On May 2016, the Defendant and C, at the above G office, conspired to take two fasts of drinking water to a water disease with a rophone inhaled 0.2g of philopon, and heat the bottom of the rophone to the rophone inhaled, thereby burning the rophone as soon as possible, and administered the rophone in a manner of inhaleing it as possible.

4. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant and C: (a) at the I hotel entertainment room located in Ansan-si, a member-gu, Ansan-si; (b) at the water disease, the Defendant and C conspiredd to inhale the smoke generated by burning 0.4g of clophones by placing two fasts of drinking water to the clophone inhaled in the clopping instruments made by sticking them; and (c) by heating the bottom of the clophones by heating the clouds into the clouds, thereby taking the clophones as soon as possible.
