[Defendant A] Imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics, etc.
At around 13:00 on May 21, 2020, the Defendant, a psychotropic drug, sold a philophone in cash 50,000,000 won and 1g of a philophone contained in plastic packaging, at the house located in Jincheon-gun C, Jincheon-gun around 13:00.
B. At around 23:00 on June 21, 2020, the Defendant received 0.05 g of philopon from B and D, respectively, in the room located in Jcheon-gun C. (2) around 00:50 on October 10, 2020, the Defendant received philopon from the Defendant’s house located in Jcheon-gun Eudio F, Jcheon-gun, Eudio F, in which the Defendant received philopon philopon philopon philopon copon copon copon f, in which the Defendant received from B and a person under his name (hereinafter “G”).
C.
