Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Both Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. On September 14, 2014, H promised to purchase a penphone from the 1st page in the new town in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, to note that H had known of his knowledge about the sale of psychotropic drugs, and that H agreed to purchase a penphone on September 14, 2014, H came to the vicinity of the 1st page in the new town.

B. C. At around November 26, 2014, the Defendant possessed 0.1g of philophones stored in the “Mda” L in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones stored in the Defendant’s home page. D.
On November 24, 2014, the Defendant offered a request from B to sell approximately 17 gramphones, and offered a proposal to contact the said H and purchase gramphones at around that time. On November 26, 2014, H consented to this request, H around November 20, 2014, the Defendant introduced H from “Mda” located on L 2 in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to sell the said gramphones by introducing H from “Mda” located on L 2 in Jung-gu, Seoul.
