【Criminal Facts】

On March 21, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 2 years and 6 months and 4 years of suspended execution in Seoul Western District Court on March 21, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 29, 2012.

No person shall trade, smoke or possess marijuana.

1. On July 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana from the first 01:00 on July 7, 2014, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from the “D key point operated by the Defendant in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul underground” to E (F) and purchased approximately 2.8g of marijuana.

2. On July 2014, around 15:00 on the lower order of July 15, 2014, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 1g of marijuana to I at the residence of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G and “H” located on the first floor.

3. On July 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana on the date and time set forth in the foregoing 2. Paragraph, and at the same time and at the place, the Defendant, as seen above, put about 1g of marijuana purchased by I into pipes and smoked marijuana in a way of spreading it with I, J, H, and H.

4. On August 2014, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana: (a) around the first 02:00 early August 2014, 201; (b) attached the amount of feasible feas for marijuana to the feasible fe in the parking lot of the building; and (c) smoked marijuana in a way that the feass the feasia and the feass

7. On September 25, 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana from the 02:00 above 02:00 on September 25, 2014 to E, with approximately KRW 80,000,00 for the 800,000,000 to E.

8. On September 25, 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana as described in the foregoing 7. Paragraph 7, and attached the marith of marijuana at the parking lot of the building after the “Djuk store” after approximately 10 minutes.
