A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2020, the Defendant: (a) in D Mart operated by the Victim C in Chungcheongnam-si, C on September 17, 2020; (b) in D Mart equivalent to KRW 5,400, the victim’s market price of KRW 3,128; (c) 4 C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C, which was displayed at that location; (d) 3,128, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,300, the market price of KRW 14,50, and (d) once the beef amounting to KRW 7,200, the market price of KRW 7,200, the market price of KRW 3,350, the market price of KRW 11,500, the 300,000, the 80,850, and stolen the Defendant’s property.

The execution of a sentence shall be suspended, taking into account the following factors: Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act; Article 44-2(1) and Article 44-2(2) of the Medical Care and Custody Act; Article 44-2(1) and (2) of the Act on the Medical Care, Care, etc.; considering the fact that the defendant has a large number of records of the reasons for sentencing; however, the value of damaged goods is low; the defendant has been continuously receiving depressions, and mental treatment related to the wall while being tried in this case; and the intention of such treatment is shown in the future.
