A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. 피고인은 2014. 10. 16. 15:15경 경남 창원시 마산회원구 E 에 있는 피해자 F이 운영하는 G농협 하나로마트에서, 그곳에 진열된 시가 3,450원 상당의 우유 1개, 시가 12,400원 상당의 납작지짐만두 1개, 시가 5,800원 상당의 목초란 1개, 시가 15,800원 상당의 로스트 핫윙 1개, 시가 2,800원 상당의 종합어묵 1개, 시가 8,700원 상당의 그릴 후랑크 소시지 1개 등 합계 48,950원 상당의 물품을 장바구니에 담아 가지고 나오는 방법으로 타인 소유의 재물을 절취하였다.
