A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:30 on August 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) brought about a thief in front of the entrance of the Seoul subway red zone of 160, Seoul Mapo-gu; (b) a victim B (27 years old) was under influence while leaving the bank back to the bank; and (c) a thief was cut off in excess of 40,000 won at the market price of 70,000 won at which the victim was the victim’s side; (d) a thief, a white color of an amount equivalent to 70,000 won at the market price; (e) a white sturts of an amount equivalent to 10,000 won at the market price; and (e) a 1,000,000 won at the market price at which the head of the Nonghyup Card was located.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On August 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the “C” convenience store located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around 05:53, 2016, committed the crime in the C convenience store as if he had been aware of the lawful use of a stolen credit card, such as paragraph (1) and deceiving an employee of the above convenience store by presenting the said credit card, thereby deceiving him of the said employee, by receiving 10 tobacco worth KRW 45,000 from the said employee, and by using the stolen credit card.

B. On August 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the convenience store located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around 06:10, committed the crime at the convenience store, as if he had been entitled to lawful use of the stolen credit card as referred to in paragraph 1, and deceiving an employee of the above convenience store by presenting the above credit card, thereby deceiving the employee of the above convenience store by presenting the above credit card. The Defendant was able to do so at least 2 bottled 10,00 won of 45,00 won of the market price and 11,500 won of 45,000 won of the market price, and 4,000 won of ham 1 can, and 1 can, of the market price of 4,00 won of 4,00 won of the market price, by obtaining the goods equivalent to 76,00 won of the market price of 5,000 won, and obtained the credit card and used the stolen credit card.
