1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 and the following day shall be 5% per annum from January 6, 2017 to May 26, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That considering all the circumstances revealed in the cause of the claim, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money to be paid by the defendant as KRW 20 million. Thus, the part in excess of the claim by the plaintiff is dismissed.
