1. The Defendant’s KRW 122,529,846 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from October 26, 2018 to June 18, 2020 for the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

3. In light of all circumstances, such as the background of the instant accident, the Plaintiff’s age, the parts and degree of the injury and the aftermath disability, the Defendant’s attitude of tort, etc., the amount of consolation money to be compensated by the Defendant is reasonable. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim for consolation money exceeding the above scope of recognition is dismissed.
