1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. Considering all the circumstances indicated in the records of this case, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money to be paid by the defendant as KRW 20,000,000. Therefore, the part in excess of the plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
