A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter stating that he/she would sell a Nabbccccam with access to the Daegu Suwon-gu C, A. 305, and smartphones and sell it to the country, and send it to the victim D who reported and contacted with it.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 200,00 from the national bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and received KRW 5,730,00 from the time to July 12, 2016, total sum of KRW 5,730,000 from the victims over 21 times in the following manner, as described in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Nevertheless, on June 2016, the Defendant transferred his/her residence to the Daegu Suwon-gu C and Dong 305, and failed to file a move-in report without justifiable grounds, and thus, the Defendant was unable to deliver “the first supplementary training on July 11, 2016 (8 hours), the second supplementary training (24 hours) from July 12 to 14, 2016, the second supplementary training (24 hours), and the first supplementary training (6 hours) notice on July 15, 2016, the first supplementary training (6 hours) notice on July 28, 2016.”

On July 14, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter on July 14, 2016, “2017 Highest 4675, the Defendant, using smartphones to sell the Samsung robot cleaning machine by accessing the NAV and foreign car page, and the victim F, who reported and contacted, “the payment of the price of the goods is made on a selective basis.”
