Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment, two years of suspended sentence, and observation of protection on August 22, 2014 by the Seoul Southern District Court on the charge of violation of the Act on the Establishment of Local Reserve Service, which became final and conclusive on August 14, 2014. However, on May 4, 2015, the said suspended sentence was revoked and was specially pardoned on August 14, 2015 in the Seoul Southern Prison.

1. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant, as a member of the local reserve forces, received the second supplementary training (8 hours) based on the second supplementary training (8 hours) carried forward at the training site for the reserve forces located in the Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, on May 3, 2016 from the Defendant’s house located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and received the third unit commander’s third unit commander’s notification, but failed to undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.

2. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant, as a member of the local reserve forces, received the second supplementary training (8 hours) based on the second supplementary training (8 hours) carried forward at the training site for the reserve forces located in the Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, on June 3, 2016 from the Defendant’s house located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and received the third unit commander’s third unit commander’s notification, but failed to undergo the said training without justifiable grounds.
