A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around September 3, 2015, the Defendant reported the 2016 Highest 895 Republic of Korea (hereinafter “2016 Highest 895”), with respect to the victim P, who had contacted by the Defendant on the Internet NAV and on the Korean car page, the Defendant sold the straw cream as if he/she sold it.
However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to sell a motor vehicle boom.
The Defendant received KRW 180,000 from the injured party for the same day from Q to the Daegu Bank account (R) account in Q, and from that time, from June 3, 2016, the Defendant acquired KRW 1,651,000 in total from the victims on nine occasions, such as the case in attached Table 1 in the same manner from June 3, 2016.
On April 2, 2016, 2016, the Defendant reported a black box sales on the Internet, a second-class foreign car page and contacted the victim S who called “Abavi 500 black boxes”. The Defendant made a false statement as if he sold Bavi 500 black boxes.
However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell it.
The Defendant received KRW 110,00 from the injured party for the same day as the price, and received KRW 685,00,000 from the victims in total three times around that time, including the transfer of KRW 110,00 from the victim to T-name account.
The Defendant, around May 3, 2016, posted on the Internet Rabbba and a national car page by the Defendant on May 3, 2016, sent a false statement to the victim U.S. who reported and contacted Nabavi 500 Scam sales.
However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the black box.
The Defendant received 130,000 won from the injured party to the corporate bank account (W) in the same day as the price, from the injured party, and from that time, obtained the total of 920,000 won from the victims through the same method until May 9, 2016.
