1. Violation of the Personal Information Protection Act;

A. From May 2010 to December 201, Defendant A processed personal information as a lending solicitor at K Co., Ltd. located in Gangnam-gu Seoul J, with respect to the financial products of the SC Bank, including public relations, counseling, and business.

A person who has managed or processed personal information shall not divulge personal information without due authority and beyond the permitted authority.

Nevertheless, around December 2011, the Defendant: (a) retired from the said K and kept 1,944 personal information (name, resident registration number, mobile phone number, new date, maturity rate, interest rate, balance, work name) files (name, file name, 201), 5,000 personal information (name, name, resident registration number, etc.) file name (name, 201), and 5,000 file name (name, 1,94) file name; and (b) disclosed such personal information to the above Defendant’s personal computer without due authority. From May 201 to July 2014, the Defendant processed the personal information in the loan brokerage office located in Mapo-gu Seoul, 205 (name, resident registration number, etc.); (c) obtained personal information from the above Defendant’s personal information processing to the above Defendant’s personal information processing in the above Defendant’s personal information (name, resident registration number, etc.) by means of fraud or other unlawful means or means; and (d) obtained the said Defendant’s personal information from the above Defendant’s personal information processing (one to the above 364.
