Punishment of the crime

Defendant

F is G high school teacher, and Defendant A was a middle school teacher on August 20, 2014 and was subject to a suspended sentence of fine of KRW 300,000 won by violating the State Public Officials Act at the Gwangju District Court on August 20, 2014. Defendant C is a middle school teacher, Defendant E is a middle school teacher, Defendant B is a middle school teacher, and Defendant B is subject to a suspended sentence of fine of KRW 300,000 won by violating the State Public Officials Act on July 24, 2014.

On May 7, 2014, Defendant A and B posted the full text of the Teachers’ Declaration to the effect that “N” is called “N” under the name of “M” among the members of the L Workers’ Union (hereinafter “L”) “Ma” on the bulletin board of the members of the L Workers’ Union (hereinafter “L”) and “N”, Defendant A and B proposed a teachers’ campaign to urge the withdrawal of the O regime. As such, the said teachers, including the Defendants, proposed a “n-ri-ri-ri-ri campaign and SNS display of street in the SNS, etc., are insufficient,” and the teachers participating in the posting of the teachers’ declaration on the P website’s free bulletin board, such as “h-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si’s request for the withdrawal of the P website,” and expressed their intention to participate in the posting as a joint signature.

On May 13, 2014, at around 13:35, the above K connected to the P website, posted a notice of the teachers’ declaration of “R” under the joint signature of 43 persons, including the Defendants, on the free bulletin board, who expressed their intent to participate. On the same day, the teachers of the astronomical S Elementary School T posted the above teachers’ declaration on the bulletin board of “members’ voice” among “Ma party of members” on the L homepage on the same day.

On April 16, 2014, the above teachers’ declaration provides that “the act of murder committed by a person behind the capital and by an implied aiding and abetting the O regime” shall be construed as “the act of murder committed by a person who has been killed or missing by 304 passengers on April 16, 201.”
