A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Seized evidence 1, 2, and 3 shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) around 00:32 Lone Star 9 Lone Star Sheet, which was parked by the victim C, 37 Lone Star Sheet around 257, a 30,000 won, and then destroyed and damaged the lock locking device of the Done Star Sheet that was parked by the victim C, and then entered the said passenger line into the said line; (b) one card, Hyundai Card 1, one card, one card, five thousand won, and one cash, and one HP Sheet, the market price of which was KRW 70,000,000, which was KRW 70,000,000; and (c) had not been habitually stolen from June 24, 2017 to September 30, 2017; and (d) had not been entered in the victim’s share of the total market price as above in the attached Form 30,300,000 won.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;
A. On June 25, 2017, at around 02:05, the Defendant presented the following: (a) at the “G convenience store operated by the Victim F in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City,” a new bank cream card in the name of H, such as the one in the table of crime No. 1 in the attached Table No. 201, which was stolen, as he/she had a legitimate possession; and (b) obtained money from the injured party in total amounting to KRW 9,00,000 of the market price of tobacco, etc.; and (c) obtained money from the injured party.
B. On June 25, 2017, at around 02:09, the Defendant: (a) presented the following: (b) at the “K convenience store operated by the victim J of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City,” which was operated by the victim J of the victim, the Defendant, as shown in the attached Table No. 1 copy of the sight table of crime No. 1; (c) and (d) received from the victim the total amount of 49,010 won of the market value of tobacco, etc. from the victim; and (d) obtained the stolen physical card from the victim.

On June 25, 2017, the Defendant presented a new bank e-mail card in the name of H, which was stolen, such as No. 1 in the sight table of the attached crime, from "N convenience store operated by the victim M in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City L around 03:09, as he/she had been his/her legitimate possession.
