A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

The victim is a victim of the seized Pagle (No. 1).

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2018, at around 18:45, the Defendant stolen, from around May 2, 2018 to May 20, 2018, a bank consisting of KRW 470,00,00 in cash and one cell phone with the market price of KRW 200,000,000, the market price of the victims owned by the victim, five times in total, including the items and credit cards, from around five times, as shown in the daily list of crimes, from around May 20, 2018.

2. The Defendant, as indicated in No. 4 No. 1 of the List of Offenses Nos. 1, committed fraud, committed a theft of a new card for the purchase of oil for public procurement in the Asia Police Station and used it as a flag to purchase goods.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 46,50,00 from the “E convenience store” located in Asan City around May 17, 2018, and presented it to the employees of the damaged person’s name and the above convenience store as if he had a legitimate authority to use the said new card, and had the injured person pay the amount to the injured person and received the goods from around that time to May 22, 2018, and had the injured person pay the amount to the injured person and receive the goods from around 102 times as shown in the attached Table 2 of the daily list of crimes, and received the goods and services.

3. On May 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business purchased goods worth a total of 46,500 won at “E convenience stores” located in Asan-si, Asan-si, and paid the price with a new card which was stolen as shown in No. 1 No. 4 of the List of Crimes attached hereto and used it. From around that time to May 22, 2018, the Defendant used the said new card at least 102 times as shown in attached Table 2 of the List of Crimes.
