A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 16:20 on December 10, 2013, operated Cchier XG car at approximately 320km from the front of the Incheon Strengthening-gun, Young-gu, Young-gu, Incheon, to the national highways No. 7175, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Incheon.
