1. At around 21:00 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, driving the said Bosch Rexton car, leading the front road of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, to the Yeongdeungpo-gun, Young-gu, Young-gu, Military Office.
