Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on May 10, 202, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to drive a franchise car parkeded by D on the front of the road located in Ischeon-si B; and (b) taken 600,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession of the container, out of the opening, and attempted to steal or steals the victims’ property by a similar method over 14 times from September 15, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes; and (c) subsequently, the Defendant attempted to steal or steals the victims’ property by means of a similar method over 14 times.
